Primary Responsibilities
• Perform software testing on our awesome web and mobile products
• Plan, document, and execute functional test plans and test cases
• Identify and document software defects, verify fixed defects
• Assess/Analyze product specifications and verify against customer requirements -
• Manage the deployment of HotSchedules to new customers.
• Develop new client relationships through an exceptional level of service.
• Actively identify opportunities to introduce other HotSchedules services, increasing the revenue opportunity within each client’s business portfolio.
• Communicate client requirements and/or schedules to internal staff in a timely and executable manner to promote optimum cost efficiency and a smooth deployment of HotSchedules.
• Track and escalate customer cases that arise during deployment.
• Manage the transition of the customer to an account specialist once rollout of HotSchedules is complete. -
Primary Responsibilities:
- Report to the VP of Business Development in our Austin office
- Be a hunter! Aggressively prospect into successful restaurant businesses across the country (No travel)
- Proactively manage and respond to incoming sales leads
- Manage the entire sales process from pre-contact to close (from comfort of our office)
- Make outbound calls and send email introductions to designated account list (from comfort of our office)
- Provide excellent service and support to your prospects and customers
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota -
Join our Support Services team and be a part of the excellent support system that we provide for our users. You will be working side-by-side other technicians and will provide technical assistance and training to our customers.

Join our R&D team to develop for HotSchedules' premiere web-based scheduling, labor management, and forecasting product. Work with Product Management and UX engineers to implement new features per requirements. Develop appropriate unit tests for new feature development and work with QA engineers to define test cases. Participate in agile Scrum process for work estimation, collaboration, daily standups, and feature demos.
